Underserved Emerging Market that Could Become the Next Singapore or Israel
Findings:
In 2025, geopolitics is undergoing a paradigm shift, with both Chinese and U.S. leaders acknowledging its significance. Following Trump’s inauguration, we have witnessed a rapid policy shift toward a right-wing, libertarian, populist, and free-market approach.

As deglobalization becomes an undeniable global challenge, it also creates new opportunities. Many previously overlooked countries now stand to benefit from these shifting dynamics, potentially reshaping the global economic order.

Investment Criteria:

Indentify the so called "sunset" country in the past that will have a "sunrise" moment in the future.

Identify industries that can be capitalized.

Identify Canadian strength in collaboration with the industries at that region.

Current perspective sectors: bank, real estate, mining, logistics (maritime), fintech, e-commerce and other consumer-based opportunities.​

We don't currently have a preferred range of fund size in collboaration but prefer to collborate with local partners using a staircased investment approach: starting from a small fund as equity and slowly expand fund size and investment scope if we generate real returns for ourselves and our investors.
